DIRECTOR OF ACCREDITATION

MAUREEN MACFAYDEN

Maureen MacFayden has been with CQL Canada as Director of Accreditation/Senior Consultant since  January 2004.  Prior to that Maureen was the Director of Customer Relations for Community Living Mississauga, which was awarded a three year accreditation in 2003.

She was involved with Community Living Mississauga for over 25 years in a wide variety of positions.

Maureen was among one of the first individuals to be trained as a consultant with CQL Canada. She was actively involved in putting the outcomes into action through the Customer Relations Department and the Outcome Support Team within Community Living Mississauga.  Maureen has traveled extensively  conducting various training workshops and leading Accreditation Reviews. She is the Canadian Gold Standard for the Quality Measures^®.

Maureen is very committed to improving the quality of life for people with a disability.
