Quality Measures 2005® Manuals

Quality Measures 2005® provides a common grounding for all our integrated quality management system work with individuals, organizations, networks and provincial systems.  The measures support multiple applications of individual and organizational information gathering and analysis.  Quality Measures 2005® provides a quality design and feedback guide for organizations, support groups and communities.

The Quality Measures Self-Assessment Tools (CD included with each manual) allow an organization to assess their current situation in terms of being ready for accreditation.  The guides are also required for the accreditation process.

Organizations located within British Columbia that decide on accreditation with CQL Canada will be given a full refund of the purchase price of the manuals once they have entered into a contract for accreditation.
