CQL Canada has available Enhancing the Rights and Personal Freedoms of People with Disabilities - 3rd Edition with a section specific to applicable laws in New Brunswick

The manual was produced in conjunction with the New Brunswick Association for Community Living which since 1957, has been working with people who have an intellectual disability and their families to build inclusive communities where persons with an intellectual disability can live, learn, work and actively participate in their communities as valued and contributing members.

In November 1998 Bill Alllerton and Dr. James Gardner  presented - Overview - Personal Outcome Measures Approach to Quality Improvement at a conference hosted by the New Brunswick Association for Community Living.
