SELF- assessment workshop USING THE PERSONAL OUTCOME MEASURES® - DATA COLLECTION

 

A four-day workshop for 12 staff that focuses on teaching staff on how to use the data collected to improve individual quality of life and organizational quality improvement efforts.  This training will use the data gathered from Personal Outcome Measures® interviews with 12 people receiving services.  Participants will learn about the importance of data and how to use the data gathered from the interviews, synthesize interview data, analyze findings, identify organizational needs for change, and use the data to identify barriers to outcome achievement and trends.

These Self-Assessment Workshops can also be specific to the Personal Outcome Measures for Families with Young Children applicable to services and supports that enable families to raise and nurture infants and young children from birth through age five), or the Outcome Measures for Children and Youth (designed for use by organizations supporting children age 6 to 18 and/or their families).
