SELF- assessment workshop USING THE PERSONAL OUTCOME MEASURES® - INTRODUCTION

A four-day workshop that introduces the Personal Outcome Measures® tool through an overview and role-plays for the first 2 days to 24 staff.  Participants will have an opportunity to conduct an interview using prepared role-plays with workshop participants role-playing a person who receives services and a staff person who knows that person best.  Participants will learn how to conduct the Personal Outcome Interview, gather outcomes and support information, and identify barriers to outcome achievement.

 

The following 2 days are for 12 of the 24 participants who will interview people receiving services from the host agency, gather outcomes and individualized support information from six people that receive services, synthesize interview data, analyze findings, and identify organizational needs for change.
